Design and Implementation of Electronic Enterprise University Human Resource Management System

Abstract Electronic Human Resource Management System (EHRMS) is a paperless-based system, which plays vital role in facilitating organizational processes, overcoming all obstacles of paper-based reducing cost, time, and efforts, enhancing the quality services (QoS), providing more accurate data. In addition, it beneficial for competitive advantages eases tasks HR managers to make decisions. this paper, an efficient EHRMS proposed, designed, implemented. The system called Enterprise University (EEUHRMS). proposed consists fourteen modules that provide four groups services. first group related applicant services: Online Recruitment. second staff Registration, Acknowledgements/Punishments, Annual Premium, Leaves, Leave Deduction, Archive, Dispatch, Extra Fees, Salary, Service Summary. third institutions presidency Post Statistics. While fourth university Authentication evaluated by using Usability Scale (SUS) get results via specific questionnaires are checked staff. evaluation score questionnaire was about (85) considered good result. developed Laravel framework.
